B.Pharm. Admission Requirements

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR B. PHARM.:

Following original documents along with photocopy must be produced with the admission form:

1. SSC (Secondary School Certificate)mark sheet

2. HSC (Higher Secondary School Certificate) mark sheet

3. School leaving certificate

4. Migration certificate

5. Nationality proof (if nationality is mentioned in school leaving certificate than no need to submit

separate certificate)

6. Gap certificate (if applicable)

7. Caste certificate (if applicable)

8. Domicile certificate (if applicable)

9. MT-CET score card or any other CET score card (if applicable)

10. Three passport size photograph
